 Wolfeboro Bay Real Estate, LLC, was established in January 2002, by Broker/Owner, Lisa Williams, a long time resident of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. Broker, owner, Lisa Williams started her real estate career in 1986 in Massachusetts working for a rental firm that managed over 150 properties. She spent many years vacationing with her family on Newfound Lake and enjoyed years of exploring back roads and small towns in the Lakes Region.  These frequent "back road" trips up north eventually peaked her interest in real estate.  After relocating to Wolfeboro with her family in early 1987, she soon acquired her New Hampshire Real Estate license and has been working in the real estate profession here ever since!

For the past 19+ years, in addition to enjoying the Lakes Region and raising her two children, Williams has worked hard to capture a niche market in the Wolfeboro area by specializing in waterfront property and new construction. She has been providing professional real estate knowledge with a dedication to honesty, integrity, and responsiveness, to every consumer she has served.  More than 75% of her business has been a result of repeat customers and referrals. As an owner of rental properties, and having been a multi-million dollar producer since 1990, she is confident that first hand experience and hard work are essential for long-term success in today’s changing marketplace.
