Sarah Williams is our youngest member of the team here at Wolfeboro Bay Real Estate and has quickly developed a strong knowledge for the local real estate market. She enjoys helping first time homebuyers and takes pride in working with vacation home buyers and sellers due to her experience from living on Lake Winnipesaukee. 

 

Sarah was born and raised in Wolfeboro where she lived on Lake Winnipesaukee with her brother and her parents.  Years of boating, water skiing and exploring the area by boat, have helped her excel in the waterfront real estate market.  Sarah graduated from Lasell College in Newton, Massachusetts obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Youth in Crime. Having moved back to Wolfeboro in 2007 from Boston, Sarah is now raising her two children here while enjoying the benefits of living and working in the Lakes Region.    Sarah is also currently working on obtaining her Realtor GRI designation in addition to attending various continuing education courses throughout the year. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah spent many years interning and volunteering for various organizations both in the USA as well as in Central America and Europe. She is very passionate about world travel and experiencing other cultures hands on.   Sarah is very appreciative of the wonderful quality of life offered here in New Hampshire, great schools, low crime and lots of things to do.   Her favorite things to do in the area consist of day trips on the lake and frequent trips to local beaches, exploring hiking and walking trails in the surrounding mountains as well as visiting the various Lakes Region attractions and events with her family and friends.

 

Sarah’s several years of experience in the Human Service Field as well as many years of travel, have helped to make her very approachable, understanding and appreciative to the hard working people who are looking to make real estate investments.
