Beautiful Sewall Road Home with nice views of the lake and mountains and a short walk to downtown Wolfeboro.  The main home is beautifully decorated, well equipped, bright and open.  Large windows open to the lake views with docking for 1 or 2 boats, swim raft and swim ladder.  The first floor offers an open living room and dining room with an adjacent den.  There is a very well equipped kitchen, breakfast area and 2 first floor bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds and a half bath.  The second floor master offers lake views, one queen size bed and a full bath.

The guest quarters offer an additional living/dining area, kitchenette, bath and second floor bedroom with 4 twin size beds.  The property has a nice lawn area for outdoor activities; ample parking for cars and boat trailers and is only 5 minutes from downtown.
